Primateria offers Prima-treatments, i.e. edge treatment and polishing of drills and end mills and also polishing of other types of tools and components such as, e.g. forming tools and gears.

 
 
 

Premises

Primaterias production premises are located at Sågargatan 5 in Uppsala, Sweden. The production area is today about  500 m2.

 
 

Capacity

 
Today’s production capacity for edge- and surface treatment is about 1000 shaft tools per day. The big advantage with the unique method developed by Primateria is that only small investments in machines and personal are needed to increase the capacity significantly. In addition, is the method relatively easily to automate for larger volumes.

 
 

Delivery time

The delivery time for prima treatments are normally 48h but normally we also offer 24h express delivery for a wide range of services and products.

 
 

Quality

It is very important for Primateria that the produced tools and components are of the same high quality from one delivery to another. As a consequence we control all types of products to secure that the correct results are achieved. This mean that we adjust our methods depending on the quality of incoming products . It is an unique way of thinking in this line of business and a characteristic for Primateria.


 

Cost efficiency

Primateria strives towards a close co-operation with customers and sub suppliers. The aim of the co-operation is to make it possible to customize the Prima treatment for each type of product and by that create a cost efficient production process which will give our customers reliable tools with the right performance.
