Mats Larsson
received his Ph.D. in 1996 at Uppsala University, department of Materials Science. His work was focused on development and characterising of thin hard coatings.

Employed as senior supervisor for Ph.D. students during 1996-1999.

Worked as  technical manager at Balzers Sandvik Coating AB from 1999 to 2004. He has during this time given technical support to mainly sales engineers of coated tools and to Balzers productions units.

Mats is part of the management and is together with Rickard one of the founders and majority owners of Primateria AB.

Rickard Gåhlin
received his Ph.D. in 1998 at Uppsala University, department of Materials Science. The work was focused on wear mechanisms and development of new theories and test methods to study and analyse wear.

Worked as product manager responsible for coated components at Balzers Sandvik Coating AB from 1998 to 2004. During this period Rickard has worked as a application expert with the responsibility to optimise the performance of coated components.

Rickard is part of the management and is together with Mats one of the founders and majority owners of Primateria AB.

Olle Wänstrand
received his Ph.D. in 2000 at Uppsala University, department of Materials Science. The work was focused on surface optimisation of precison components.

Hired as pruduct manager for Balzers Ltd in USA, from 2001 to 2004. He was during this period a technical support for coated components and worked both with Balzers sales engineers and customers.

During 2004-2006 employeed by Balzers AG in Liechtenstein as technical expert and market support for production units and sales engineers across Europe.
